CCIDC PAYMENT POLICY
- Two invoices are sent by mail prior to the CID expiration date.
The first invoice is mailed four months before the expiration date. - A discount coupon code is valid for 30 days from the date of the first invoice. The discount coupon is a courtesy offered by CCIDC and may be discontinued at any time. Payments received after the 30 day period are not eligible for the discount code, with no exceptions.
- Renewals will not be processed until the full amount is received. Payment plans will only be considered during the first invoice period and must be paid in full before the expiration date. Contact the CCIDC Office to request approval for a payment plan. Emeritus Status does not qualify for discounts or payment plans.
- Full or partial payments are not eligible for refunds.
- A second invoice is mailed at the beginning of the month in which the certification expires. CCIDC also sends two email reminders prior to the expiration date.
- CIDs are responsible for keeping their contact information current through their CID Account. CCIDC is not responsible for incorrect or outdated contact information.
- Payments received after the expiration date are subject to a late fee. Renewals not completed by the expiration date will be placed in delinquent status. After four years of delinquency, certifications will become expired. Expired CIDs must reapply for certification and pass the IDEX® Exam.
- CEU requirements constitute 50 percent of the renewal process and must be completed by the expiration date. CID status will remain Delinquent until all fees are paid in full and CEUs are reported through the CID Account.
- Payments made by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover are processed through a secure server accessed via the CID Account. Payment and credit card information is not stored and must be reentered for each transaction. Credit card payments are not accepted by phone.
