Consumer problems can be minimized by hiring a Certified Interior Designer (CID) yet there may be occasion where you have no alternative but to file a complaint against someone whom you know has violated the CCIDC’s Code of Ethics.  Fill out and submit the Consumer Complaint Form below for further assistance.

After we receive your written complaint, we will contact you and look into the matter on your behalf, to try to resolve the problem. The Consumer Complaint Form is also for filing a complaint against an un-certified interior designer. While the CCIDC has no authority over un-certified interior designers, we may be able help you by directing you to other means of recourse, such as the Better Business Bureau or Small Claims Court.
