�Color Trends for 2009 through 2011 - Plus, the  Psychology of Color�
Instructor: Zara Stender, CID #6025
Part One is on
Trends and the Function of Color.
Zara Stender tracks national and international color trends and forecasts as a leader in Color Marketing Group, one of the foremost authorities on the impact of color. Stender will explain how color trends evolve, and discuss direction in color for fashion, durable goods, the built environment, and why successful color must follow function.
Part Two is on the Psychology of Color
Do people really spend more money when they are surrounded by red and purple? Color is a powerful, often misunderstood tool. It has biological and physiological influence on mood, energy, appetite, pain perception, hot and cold sensation, taste, I.Q. scores, and, yes, buying decisions. Explore the biological and psychological impact of color.

CEU is just $30 if you register by Thursday, May 28, 2009., after that, pay $40.00 at the door   Credit 2 hours CCIDC; 2.0 LU HSW; .2 CEU HSW
It is not mandatory to attend our board meeting to attend our Color CEU.

Directions to  the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa Hotel
From John Wayne Airport: Follow signs to the 405 Freeway North. Exit Bristol Street and turn left. Drive over the bridge, turn left on Hotel Way.

From 405 Freeway Southbound: Take 405 South to Bristol Street exit (just past Harbor Blvd. and Hwy. 73 interchange). The hotel is located directly across from the exit on the left.

From 405 Freeway Northbound: Take 405 North to Bristol Street exit. Exit left onto Bristol. Drive over the freeway and turn left on Hotel Way.

From the 57 Freeway: Take the 57 South to I-5 South to Hwy. 55 South. Exit Baker and turn right. Turn right again at Bristol Street and the hotel will be on the right hand side.

From the 91 Freeway: Take 91 West to Hwy. 55 South to 405 North. Exit at Bristol, turning left. Drive over the freeway and turn left on Hotel Way.

From the 73 Freeway: Take 73 North, exit Bear Street, and turn right, right on Paularino, and left on Bristol.

�Looking for interior designer to rent space from me in studio showroom with a library of samples and catalogs located in the heart of Danville, CA. I�ve been established since 1991 and a Certified Interior Designer since April 1993. Very reasonable rent fee which includes fax, copy, and scanner machines.  I have three other designers who have their own established businesses renting space from me now.  I am looking for someone congenial and very professional to join us.
